• A Lease Operator is responsible for recording production data and troubleshooting equipment to keep an oil and gas well producing.
• Basic knowledge of surface equipment and understanding of 3-phase separators, combustors, tanks, VRU, LACT Units, well heads and compressors.
• Call out alerts on facilities on each designated route. Identify and troubleshoot minor repairs as needed.
• Perform nightly on-site inspections to ensure all equipment is operating and abiding by environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Experience with compressors is a plus.
• Comply with E&P Company Personnel and Procedures.
• Must adhere to strict company safety standards and policies at all times (e.g., Hazard IDs, Near Misses).

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Lease Operator.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to communicate with other members of the team and work well in small groups.
