Aggie Foundation is dedicated to building vibrant rural communities by supporting youth, education, amateur sports, and economic development. Founded in Velva, ND, the Foundation began by awarding scholarships to local students and has grown to provide grants and charitable gaming proceeds to organizations across North Dakota. Our work ensures that resources stay local, benefiting schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives. Through partnerships and outreach, we strengthen opportunities for youth engagement, promote lifelong learning, and foster economic vitality.

Through the Community Builder Program, the Community Outreach & Development Coordinator Ameri Corps member will build the Aggie Foundation’s capacity to strengthen rural communities through strategic outreach and resource development. The member will maintain and update the donation and giving database, prepare reports for the Board of Directors, and assist with scheduling and facilitating virtual board meetings. They will support coordination, marketing, and execution of fundraising and community events, while creating marketing materials and managing website content to enhance visibility.
Additional responsibilities include developing annual giving reports, coordinating logistics with donors, and expanding community outreach efforts to benefit local organizations. This position plays a key role in increasing the Foundation’s ability to support youth, education, amateur sports, and economic development initiatives across North Dakota.
Education award upon successful completion of service, Training, Stipend.
