We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Caring Edge Minot home health and hospice team. This is your opportunity to practice with greater independence and flexibility than in traditional clinical settings, while making a deep and meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.
As an RN Case Manager
, you’ll provide skilled care and case oversight in the homes of your patients—whether private residences or senior living communities. This personalized one-on-one care model allows you to foster stronger relationships and provide truly individualized care.
- Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Perform assessments, create individualized care plans, and manage patient cases
- Apply your clinical skills in wound care, post-surgical care, cardiopulmonary assessments, diabetic education, disease management, and more
- Provide end-of-life care and counseling regarding hospice philosophy, nutrition, skin care, and medications
- Educate and support patients and their families through health challenges
- Participate in on-call rotation and team care meetings
- Current RN license in good standing in North Dakota
- CPR certification (we’ll provide it if needed)
- A positive, growth-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
- All RN backgrounds are welcome—training provided!
