* Job Description:
** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a love for surgical environments? - Join our dynamic team where patient safety and care are our top priorities!

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Function as a circulating nurse in a state-of-the-art surgical setting - Ensure patient safety and well-being through all stages: pre-op, intra-op, and post-op - Demonstrate exceptional assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care - Deliver care in accordance with AORN Standards, Recommended Practices, and Guidelines - Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

* Qualifications:
** - Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure - CNOR certification preferred, but not mandatory - BLS certification required within the orientation period
*
* Experience and Skills:
** - 2 years of experience in surgical nursing preferred - Level 2 trauma experience highly regarded - Proven ability to make sound judgments and work efficiently - Knowledge of asepsis and infection control practices - Strong team player with the ability to function harmoniously in diverse teams
** Shift Information:** - Flexible shifts: , , , and - Call required: 1 day per week and parts of 2 weekends within a 6-week schedule
