Pay: $32.00–$37.00/hr based on experience, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)
What you'll do:- Pass medications and perform treatments, including wound care
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN and provider
- Direct and support CNAs on your unit
- Keep accurate, timely documentation
- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team
- Current LPN license in North Dakota or a multistate compact license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, new grads welcome
- CPR/BLS certification
- $3,500 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time), paid over your first year
- Pay that steps up with every year of experience
- Shift differentials: +$1.00/hr evenings, +$2.50/hr nights
- Bonuses for picking up extra shifts
