This full‑time on‑site Sales/Estimator role is based in Minot, ND. The individual in this position will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and assisting with the sales process. The role includes assessing customer needs, preparing accurate project estimates, and developing relationships to encourage business growth. Collaboration with the team and ensuring client satisfaction are key aspects of the job.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
• Proven Sales skills, including the ability to present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
• Experience in Project Estimation and the ability to accurately calculate project costs and timelines.
• Proficiency in Business Development with an ability to identify new opportunities for growth and maintain client relationships.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Previous experience in construction or home improvement industries is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
