• Weekly pay starting at $21.00/hour

• Experience – Background in construction or commercial roofing is highly desirable.
• Equipment skills – Certified to operate a forklift or MEWP? That’s valuable!
• Driver’s license – A valid license and clean record make you a huge asset.
• Dependability – Show up on time, work hard, and we’ll recognize your efforts.
• Safety mindset – Already OSHA 10 certified or worked for a safety-focused company? That’s a big plus.

• Work outdoors in all elements
• Lift 50+ lbs regularly, bend, climb, kneel
• Be comfortable working at heights
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines on the roof

• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC (but don’t worry—we will train you!)
• Experience in residential or commercial roofing or general construction
• A valid driver’s license

• Job site-based (field environment with exposure to heights, noise, weather)
• Physically demanding: standing, climbing, lifting
• Occasional travel
