Full‑time pay ranges from $31.78/hr to $51.49/hr DOE.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on construction, agriculture or power generation systems.
• Troubleshoot diesel technology systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical and power trains.
• Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
• Commit to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards and product updates.
• Lift up to 70 lbs as required.
• Travel to other Butler and customer locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to acquire trade‑specific tooling, including hand and impact tools.
• Applied knowledge of basic mechanical theory.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.
