WhatYou Will Do
In this role, you will lead, inspire, and grow a residential sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals. You'll coach, train, and support team members through evaluations, side‑by‑side field visits, and regular accountability sessions to drive ongoing development. Collaborating with leadership, you'll help shape and implement effective sales strategies, tools, and performance standards. You'll also analyze business data and reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and guide decision‑making.
Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and the proper use of sales materials and tools, while also assisting in the preparation of sales reports for strategic planning meetings with executive leadership.
- An experienced leader with a track record of building successful sales teams

- A tech‑savvy professional who's comfortable analyzing business data to guide decisions
- 2+ years of leadership experience (sales team leadership preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and reports
- Experience in coaching, sales training, and performance development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards
