We’re looking for a reliable and experienced hot side kitchen equipment technician to service, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial cooking equipment, including ovens, fryers, broilers, flat top & char grills.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hot-side kitchen equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Install and commission cooking equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Document all work performed and maintain service logs.
• Respond promptly to service calls and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and tool inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in hot-side food service equipment repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, gas systems, and mechanical operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various commercial environments.
• Ability to work on-call, weekends & holidays
