We’re looking for a Hybrid - Scheduling Coordinator for our client. If you have 2-5 years of experience in Scheduling & Coordination and logistics or supply chain, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do- Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage daily and weekly transportation schedules for Ankaa fleet and third-party carriers.
- Confirm dock appointments and coordinate with warehouse clerks and drivers.
- Monitor and update scheduling systems such as Ryder, WMI, and other scheduling platforms.
- Operational Support
- Assist with documentation, appointment confirmations, and load tracking
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple functions.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms and ERP systems (Ryder, WMI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools.
