Location:

Miramar, FL | Starting salary: $40,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Heart and hustle. This role involves working in the office with students and staff via computer, phone and in person to complete tasks efficiently and effectively as part of a dynamic team; support is provided by empathetic leadership and student applications are treated with care.
  • Organized and flexible. Adapt and pivot while remaining organized to support Admission Advisors, leadership, and university partners; use technological tools to maintain a clean slate at the end of each day.
  • Collaborator and influencer. Provide exceptional support throughout the student’s admission process via in-person, phone, or email interactions to promote student success and institutional enrollment growth.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred). If not, employee education benefits are available.
  • Outstanding time management skills; ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize responsibilities as admission deadlines shift.
  • Clear communication skills across in-person, written, and phone contexts; strong listening skills with team, leadership, and partner university.
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to maintain professionalism and collaborate effectively with the partner university and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation to learn and implement; proactive in seeking opportunities to improve the admissions process and support team needs.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    Google Suite is preferred.
