Our Miramar, FL site (opening end of September, 2025) will become the center of excellence for our MRO operations in North America. To be considered for the Project Manager opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Be responsible for managing and driving assigned project-related activities (internal and external) toward achieving scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
• Participate in pre-award evaluations of potential business development opportunities; project approach, planning and scheduling; integration, tracking, coordinating, communications, reporting, project scope, financial resource control and project risk management.
• Participate in licensor relationship management during the transfer process.
• Be involved with project closure and hand off to functional departments.
• Manage ongoing operations as assigned.
• Frequent domestic travel is required to oversee the transition process from licensors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Science preferred.
• PMP or similar certification highly desirable.
• 4+ years of experience in program/project management in an engineering or manufacturing environment (Aerospace industry preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Project experience.

• Compensation Pay Range: $110-$130k/year based on experience.
