Our team is looking for a
** Global MRO Strategic Pricing Lead
** to join them. You will report to the
** VP, Revenue Management
** and will have an
** onsite
* * work structure in
** Miramar, FL**.
** To be considered for the Global MRO Strategic Pricing Lead*
* ** opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
*** BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field of study (Masters is a plus).
* Knowledge of cost and market driven pricing skills in an MRO environment.
* 7+ years of Aerospace experience is preferred, otherwise exposure to other complex manufacturing.
* Ability to analyze financial data including price, cost, margin, and P&L drivers.
* Advanced skills in Excel, and Power

BI.
* Experience in Syteline preferred.
* Familiar with Government Pricing regulations and disclosures, (FAR 12, FAR 15, TINA, FFP, and IDIQs) preferred.
** As a Global MRO Strategic Pricing Lead, you will:
*** Be a key part of the Revenue Management Senior Management team with sole responsibility for leading MRO pricing effort for the business.
* Be an integral business partner to both MRO Sales Managers located in Miramar, FL and Tewksbury UK
* Develop and lead the pricing strategy for MRO customers
* Manage and update MSA, MSP and other flight hour agreements
* Build dashboards/KPI’s to track pricing performance specific to MRO
* Develop processes to ensure that pricing is being adhered to and the right controls are in place
* Support Due Diligence and PMO teams for successful integration of MRO Pricing agreements associated with all new licenses
* Support the Global Pricing Review and report out on Global Pricing performance to C-Suite Leadership
* Manage the annual budgeting and reforecasting process and perform monthly budget to actuals reviews with department managers.
