** Systems Engineer
** to join the Technology team in Miramar, FL, supporting WSCV & WTVJ. As a Systems Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities
* Gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
* Administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.
* Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
* Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
* Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.
* All other duties as assigned.
* ** Required onsite**.
