Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant, is seeking an Expeditor to bridge the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced service environment. You will ensure plates leaving the kitchen meet quality and timing standards and coordinate the flow of tickets between cooks and servers.
Ideal candidates have at least two years in a busy kitchen, knowledge of food safety, and strong communication. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.
