The Store Support Specialist supports the store team and helps deliver an elevated shopping experience. The role involves assisting with client inquiries, transactions, and operational tasks while contributing to business objectives through product expertise and client relationship building.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with team members to address client inquiries and provide support.
- Use product expertise to assist clients and support sales.
- Manage transactions and assist with store operational tasks.
- Support inventory and other business needs.
- At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
