HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and onsite bakeries operate efficiently. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our campus, supporting seamless culinary operations. The role requires a commitment to precision, problem-solving, and system reliability.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve issues

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
• Dishwashing & Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• COVID-19 vaccination
• At least 3 years of experience in:
• Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
• Refrigeration system installation and service
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Gas-fired equipment and piping systems
