AI Engineer - AI Trainer

This remote, asynchronous role focuses on designing and evaluating AI and ML inference scenarios, GPU kernel performance tasks, and ML systems behaviors used to test model judgment. You will review model reasoning, identify correctness and failure modes, and record your reasoning to help produce reliable training data.

• Design challenging, realistic tasks for model inference
  , GPU kernels
  , and ML systems performance that reflect production practice
• Assess model outputs for correctness
  , sound reasoning
  , and subtle failure modes
• Document reasoning in a clear, auditable format so another engineer can review and validate the judgment

• Develop inference and performance evaluation tasks that mirror real-world usage patterns
• Evaluate responses with attention to correctness, reasoning quality, and edge-case behaviors
• Write your reasoning clearly to enable engineering auditability

• Professional experience in ML engineering, inference optimization, or systems ML
• Familiarity with GPU execution

  , or serving stacks
• Ability to reason precisely about numerical and performance trade-offs

• Salary: USD 115 to 135 per hour
