Position: Customer Service Representative Needed
Join the City of Meadow Lake as a Customer Service Representative at the CO-OP CENTRE. This part-time role involves transaction processing, customer assistance, and community engagement.

We are looking for two dedicated individuals to fill part-time cashier roles at CO-OP CENTRE. Ideal candidates should show enthusiasm for recreation and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position includes processing various transactions, assisting with program registrations, and maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address public inquiries and provide assistance

• Process cash, debit, and credit transactions

• Register customers for programs and activities

• Welcome customers and assist with their needs

• Promote community programming and maintain relationships

Requirements:

• Certification in Standard First Aid, CPR C/AED

• Self-motivated with a passion for recreation

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Capable of balancing cash registers

• Preference for prior customer service experience
