Support exceptional students at Max Aitken Academy as a Student Attendant in this permanent, part-time position.

Your role will center on assisting students with their physical needs and ensuring their well-being.

As a Student Attendant for the  school year, you will work 6 hours a day, offering essential assistance with transportation, hygiene, and general supervision. This role is integral to helping exceptional students integrate into school life, requiring both compassion and the ability to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with student transportation to and from school

• Support personal hygiene and toileting needs

• Help students during community visits and activities

• Supervise students in various settings

• Provide aid to catheterized students

Requirements:

• Written and spoken English competence

• Ability to relate to exceptional students

• Capability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to undergo necessary training

• Read and understand instructions effectively
