Join Broker Link’s Independent Business Unit (IBU) Service team, where your role will focus on fostering relationships with clients across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. You'll handle inbound calls, leveraging your strong customer service skills to advise, offer solutions, and upsell commercial insurance products. This position requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to meet diverse client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline sales and customer service for small businesses
• Advise clients on insurance matters and conduct needs assessments
• Sell new policies and handle renewals for existing clients
• Collaborate with the Sales team on documentation and applications
• Stay updated on underwriting rules, participating in training initiatives
Requirements:
• New Brunswick General Insurance Agent Licence Level 1
• Strong sales or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Goal-oriented and proactive team player
