As the Manager of Yard and Process Excellence, you will lead the initiatives for standardizing operations and enhancing customer service through effective process mapping and workflow design. You will also be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, focusing on consistent execution and safety. Prepare for travel to various locations as required, approximately two nights weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute SOP strategy for Yard and Delivery Operations

• Define and implement KPIs to ensure uniformity

• Champion improvements to reduce delays across processes

• Oversee training for new operational techniques

• Optimize layouts and workflows for enhanced efficiency

Requirements:

• Educational background in Engineering or Supply Chain

• 8-12+ years of related experience in logistics

• Capable of developing training materials and dashboards

• Strong analytical and documentation abilities

• Lean or Six Sigma Certified candidates preferred
