As a Registered Nurse Class A at Horizon Health Network, you will provide nursing care on the 2 West General Medical Stepdown Unit.

Your role will involve addressing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe care environment. You will need to demonstrate effective clinical skills, critical thinking, and flexibility in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess patient needs collaboratively

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications

• Observe and document patient progress accurately

• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Requirements:

• Registration with the Nurses' Association of New Brunswick

• Experience in complex acute care settings

• CPR certification and IV Therapy certification

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
