The New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Class A to join their team. You will plan, assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with various health professionals. Experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology is highly desirable for this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate holistic patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Assess and implement nursing care plans for patients
• Evaluate patient needs and adjust care strategies
• Maintain communication with patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with all health care regulations
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active registration or eligibility with Nurses Association of New Brunswick
• Minimum two years of specialized nursing experience
• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License
• CPR Level C certification within three months
