In this role, you will manage backroom processes, receive merchandise, and ensure store standards are met. As a vital part of the team, your tasks will include merchandise organization, product display management, and assisting customers directly on the sales floor. This role requires flexibility in shifts, including weekends and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize backroom inventory using BIMI processes

• Manage product placements and expiry dates

• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality standards

• Acknowledge and assist customers in-store

• Complete required documentation for receiving goods

Requirements:

• Some experience with cash registers and computer systems

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
