Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Miramichi Regional Hospital team as a Healthcare Security Personnel. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety through regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and assisting hospital staff during emergencies. Candidates with prior experience in security or law enforcement will find this role rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the hospital grounds to ensure safety
• Monitor surveillance systems for any threats or issues
• Control access to various areas of the hospital
• Respond to crises and assist in evacuations
• Document incidents and daily operations consistently
Requirements:
• Must legally work in Canada
• Immunization records for specific diseases required
• Fluency in English is necessary
• Previous security experience preferred
• Certification in Use of Force and Aggressive Management preferred
