A well-established organization in Mishawaka, Indiana has partnered with us to identify a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to support daily accounting and financial operations. This Accountant role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and assisting with reporting. The Accountant will work closely with finance leadership and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This Accountant opportunity offers long-term stability and growth.

• Maintain general ledger entries and prepare journal entries
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and internal schedules
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting
• Partner with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
