We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join a small, collaborative financial services team in an on-site role in Mishawaka
. This is a client-facing support position focused on assisting clients with financial service needs, managing requests via phone/email/in-person, calculating RMDs, and communicating with financial institutions such as Schwab, American Funds, and Ameritas.
- Quarterly merit-based bonuses

- Monday–Thursday full days +
Friday half-days (8 AM–12 PM) - Small team with a strong, collaborative culture
- 3–4+ years of financial services support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Previous client service/associate-level experience
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Series 66 & Series 7 strongly preferred
- Life insurance license preferred, but not required
