Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time

We're looking for a personable and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our talented team of healthcare providers two days a week - Monday & Tuesday! In this role, you’ll welcome patients, conduct initial screenings, perform thorough dental cleanings, and assist dentists during examinations and procedures.

$40 - $45 hourly

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Indiana
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering a best-in-class patient experience

• In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations
• CPR Certification

• Your Responsibilities & Role Impact
• As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Michiana Smiles, you will:
• Provide routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Take digital X-rays and perform periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Partner with doctors in creating personalized, comprehensive treatment plans
• Foster long-term patient relationships through trust, empathy, and communication
• Support a preventative-care mindset across all aspects of treatment
• Contribute to a culture that values quality, not just quantity
• Work collaboratively with the dental team
