Transportation Road Engineer

This position will provide transportation design and consulting services for public sector clients in the greater Indianapolis regional area. • Develop and design road infrastructure projects, including highways, streets and intersections.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Monitor and manage project timelines
• Manage client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of road designs completed by others.
• Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 5 - 10 years of related experience on transportation projects for INDOT, local municipalities and counties.
• Proficient in Micro Station, Open Roads and related software.
