As a valued member of our team, you’ll:
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based intervention plans.
- Adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure exceptional client care.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, service providers, and team members for cohesive client support.
- Supervise and train RBTs, reviewing session notes for accuracy and quality.
- Actively engage families in ABA therapy to drive better outcomes.

To join our team, you’ll need:
A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear background check.
Reliable transportation and physical ability to support clients’ needs.
