About The Job
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Care Provider to support the emotional and spiritual well-being of patients, families, and colleagues. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will offer grief support, crisis intervention, and spiritual guidance during life transitions. You’ll also facilitate interfaith services and collaborate with community faith leaders to ensure inclusive care.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Spiritual Care, including minimum of 1 CPE training
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) strongly preferred (APC, CASC, NACC, NAJC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess spiritual distress and document care in EMR
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, clinical environment
