Provide top‑notch pharmacy services to both inpatient and outpatient infusion center patients. Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Your Superpowers- Verify medication orders for safety and accuracy
- Dispense and distribute medications
- Monitor patient meds via Pharmacy Dosing Service
- Interpret lab results and patient charts
- Share drug info with hospital teams
- Oversee sterile compounding and IV prep
- Support stewardship and formulary initiatives
- Document clinical interventions

D or B.S. in Pharmacy (Residency preferred) - Indiana Pharmacist License or Pharmacy Intern License
- 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience or residency
