• Full-time Hospice CNA
• Schedule:
  
  Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p
• Available territory openings: CNAs usually assigned to 1-3 counties near the office this position is posted to
• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support families by providing emotional support and education about hospice services.
• Drive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service.

• 1 years of CNA experience required
• Licensed CNA in State of Indiana
• One year Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance

$18 - $19.50 an hour
hourly rate + mileage reimbursement
