• Provide supervision to the residential staff and programs
• Build and maintain a cohesive team of leaders and hire/train new team members as needed
• Manage and maintain the annual budget for all assigned departments
• Maintain and develop new relationships with community partners and organizations
• Interact with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, community partners, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors

• Bachelor's degree in social/human services related field required;
  Master's preferred
• Management experience with a minimum of two years highly preferred
