Level 2 Field Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Technician to join our client in Mishawaka, IN and provide end‑user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, will travel 25‑100+ miles daily, and must be able to work occasional on‑call weekends.

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
• Document efforts, issues, resolutions, and close cases/tickets daily
• Insight into POS, PC, Printers, Thin Clients, Client, Servers, Network switch equipment
• Complete all assigned projects and tasks

• Minimum 2+ years of IT support work experience
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows OS, OSX, Linux)
• A+ Certification highly desired
• OEM Certifications (Dell / Lenovo etc.)
• Apple / Mac Experience
• Laptop / Desktop / Printer hardware and software support experience
• Service Now experience a plus
• Excellent time management and reporting skills

The rate for this position is between $17.25 - $26.40 per hour
. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
