Location:

Mishawaka, IN (you may relocate).

• Drive operational excellence across multiple restaurants in the specified market.
• Validate performance metrics and ensure each location achieves P&L targets.
• Identify, hire, and develop management teams, building a bench of top talent.
• Execute brand food, beverage, and service standards at all sites.
• Oversee staffing, cost control, and compliance with hiring practices.
• Implement new initiatives, promotions, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain immaculate dining environments and uphold guest experience measurement tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive local grassroots marketing.
• Foster diversity and inclusion across all locations.

• Minimum 10 years in the restaurant industry or related field, with at least 3 years of full P&L responsibility.
• Multiple unit experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to increase sales and traffic.
• Proven coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive, staff, and partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to delegate effectively.
• Ability to work flexible schedule (nights & weekends) and travel up to 75% of the time.
• Open to relocation.

• Experience in casual dining or casual plus environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook.

Knowledge of HR, Training, and Operations regional coordination.
• Entrepreneurial, visionary leadership qualities.
• Ability to enforce policies, procedures, and compliance across multiple locations.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
