Dry Cleaning Production (Full-Time 30+ Hours)

Join our Production Team at Ziker Cleaners! For over 100 years, we have been serving the Michiana area with exceptional service, community impact, and a commitment to growth. As a Production Team Member, you will be the unseen powerhouse ensuring our customers receive the best care for their garments.

• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions.
• Operate various cleaning and pressing equipment (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and organize garments for efficient processing.
• Follow established procedures to ensure garments are handled safely and accurately.
• Uphold quality standards while meeting production targets.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot stains or damage.
• Ability to tolerate hot working conditions during the summer months.
• Preference for, or ability to engage in, repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside a diverse, focused, and efficient team.
• Passion for delivering excellent results with every garment that comes to your station.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
• Previous manufacturing or garment care experience is a plus, but not required.

• $16.00 Starting Pay*
• Performance and pay review at 90 days, and every 6 months thereafter.

Schedule: First Shift. Monday – Friday starting as early as 6am. Some Saturdays as needed (rare).
