• Create and maintain complete and accurate illustrated assembly instructions
• Provide floor support for Manufacturing as required
• Lead and participate in using and implementation of Lean Six Sigma and ISO Standard tools within the assembly process flow
• Interact with Production Employees, Supervisors, Quality Acceptance, Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Suppliers, Consultants, Contractors, Customers, co-workers in other departments, and the Government
• Provide strong support of AMG BOS & MOS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar related degree is required
• 2-5 years in automotive assembly required
• Must have automotive assembly knowledge, read blueprints, illustrate, and have experience in Unigraphics or similar 3D CAD program
• Program knowledge of SAP, PLM++, UGNX and Team Center (Shared files) for creation of Assembly Instructions
• Working knowledge of MS Office products
• High level of initiative, organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Must have strong written, verbal skills, problem solving, customer service and multi‑tasking skills

• Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity
• Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate
• Hand‑Eye Coordination: must coordinate eyes with fingers, wrists, or arms to move, carry, or manipulate objects or to perform other job‑related tasks
• Manual Dexterity: must make quick, accurate, skillful, and coordinated movements with hands and arms to grasp, place, move, or use objects such as phone, computer, and other office equipment, tools, or controls
• Agility: must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, or legs to perform job tasks, including the ability to move throughout all areas of the facility and surrounding property
• Climbing / Kneeling: must be able to occasionally climb, kneel, bend over, stoop, crouch, or crawl with balance
• Lifting: must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance
• Physical Strength: must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry objects using hands, arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, or legs
• Stamina: must be able to occasionally exert oneself physically over long periods of time, including performing repetitive or strenuous tasks as well as standing and sitting for long periods
