Graphics Production Worker – Smith Graphics & Design, Inc.

Smith Graphics Inc., a leading producer of large-format graphics and signage, is seeking a reliable and motivated General Production Worker to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations – assisting with printing, cutting, assembly, packaging, and shipping of graphics and signage products. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.

• Assist in operating large‑format printers, laminators, and cutters under supervision.
• Prepare materials for printing, cutting, and finishing.
• Load and unload materials from machines and staging areas.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack for loading/unloading deliveries (training provided if needed).
• Trim, weed, tape, and package finished graphics for shipment or installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Help with general shop tasks including assembly, fabrication, and inventory organization.
• Support the Production Supervisor and other team members with various production needs.

• Previous experience in a production, print, or signage environment preferred but not required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hands and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist in multiple areas of production.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (not required).
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are important.

• Full‑time, on‑site position in a fast‑paced production facility.
• Team‑oriented environment with cross‑training opportunities in all areas of graphics production.
• Monday–Friday schedule (overtime as needed for large runs or deadlines).
