Midwest Finishing Systems, Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking skilled welders to join our production team. If you have SMAW (stick) experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great fit for hands-on professionals who want varied, customized welding work.
Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, maintain excellent attendance, and be willing to travel 1–2 weeks at a time. A valid driver's license and a clean MVR are required; DUI or excessive incidents may disqualify.
