Hydro Excavation Operator Trainee

As a Hydro Excavation Operator, you are the face of INSERV on the front lines. You will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of Hydro Vac trucks across various client sites, as well as the transportation of materials to appointed disposal sites. • Operate hydro vac trucks daily, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the customer’s total satisfaction.
• Adhere to all INSERV and client Health and Safety procedures, maintaining the highest standards in high-stakes environments.
• Keep equipment mechanically sound and clean; manage consumable parts lists and communicate equipment needs to the lead mechanic.
• Act as a brand ambassador by communicating job status to supervisors and identifying opportunities to provide additional INSERV services to our customers.
• Maintain accurate E-logs, accurate Work Tickets, and complete all required pre-trip and post-trip documentation.

• Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazard (Haz) endorsement.

• 40-Hr HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry, and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting truck issues in the field.
• High level of integrity and the ability to work with little to no supervision.
