Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) offers United States Veterans a structured pathway to become Kia Certified Service Technicians. This full-time program is conducted through independently owned Kia Retailers with Kia America, Inc.
backing the VTAP initiative. Apprentices gain hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Kia vehicles, and participate in a one-year competency-based GI Bill approved apprenticeship leading to Kia Service Technician certification.
