• Entry‑level starting pay: $20.19 /hr
• Bachelor’s‑degree level pay: $22.34 /hr

Responsibilities include:

• Provide integration and ongoing assistance to youth and families
• Offer referral source and community resource information
• Establish linkages and network with DCS, court, schools, health‑care providers, employers and other community agencies
• Provide family training and support
• Assess eligible individuals to determine service needs
• Schedule may include working every other weekend and every other holiday

• Associate diploma in social/human services with at least 2 years of related work experience; BA/BS in social work, psychology or related discipline preferred
• Experience in a social service setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
