The Staffing Clerk supports scheduling services, including:
- Day-to-day operational staffing requirements and replacements
- Vacation scheduling support
- Staff availability management
- Use of the Human Resource Information System's scheduling module
- Reporting and special HR projects related to scheduling
Service and Assignment: Finance and Human Resources
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Shift and Hours of Work: 1.0 FTE - full-time, days, currently 07:15 - 15:30 / 08:00 - 16:15
Pay Scale: As per CUPE Collective Agreement
Specifications: Assignment and hours of work are subject to change based on operational needs.

Required QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Formal training in administration or related work experience
- Customer service experience working with the public
- Proficiency with computers, including Word and Excel
- Experience in data entry, drafting routine correspondence, and creating reports
- Knowledge of office practices and filing procedures
- At least six months scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
Abilities and Skills:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing demands
- Understanding of Collective Agreement provisions
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Initiative, tactfulness, and courtesy
- Self-directed and innovative
- Flexible and reliable
- Good employment record, including attendance
- Current Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
Knowledge:
- Applicable Collective Agreements and Employment Standards
