As an Administrative Assistant, you will work at the Saul Sair Health Centre under the Health Services Manager. This role requires two years of administrative experience and exceptional communication skills. You will manage schedules, maintain confidential records, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments and follow up for timely participant support
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
• Support clinic operations and communication with providers
• Facilitate intake processes for the Recovery Bed Program
• Arrange courier services and manage inventory supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in administrative roles, preferably in health services
• Certification in Office Administration is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
