The role emphasizes pre-award activities, procurement strategy, tendering, and contract administration on site with a 2/2 rotation. 1-year contract with potential extension.
Responsibilities include leading RFPs, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and ensuring governance and compliant documentation, while monitoring cost and schedule performance.
