Lead Salesforce, marketing operations, and revenue planning remotely from eligible Canadian provinces. Shape commercial performance through data-driven operational leadership.
This Associate Director role oversees business development and marketing operations within a purpose-driven organization. You will align sales and marketing priorities, manage three direct reports, and strengthen scalable operating models. The position combines strategic planning, technology governance, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Revenue Operations vision, goals, and strategic roadmap
- Lead three direct reports across operations and project management
- Oversee Salesforce, marketing automation, integrations, and vendor relationships
- Develop dashboards and recommendations from performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, governance, and change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or related discipline
- At least eight years of relevant progressively responsible experience
- At least three years leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Experience managing Salesforce, reporting environments, and marketing technologies
- Canadian location eligibility and approximately 15% annual travel
