As a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will operate within a fast-paced Banking Center.
Your role involves responding to client questions, helping with transactions, and ensuring each client connects with the appropriate resources to meet their goals. You'll need to leverage your interpersonal skills and empathy to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer client inquiries and assist with banking transactions
• Support clients in managing their accounts and services
• Facilitate connections to relevant teams within CIBC
• Address client problems with empathy and active listening
• Promote mobile banking tools and enhance client technology knowledge
Requirements:
• Must be flexible to work varied hours, including weekends
• Open to working at multiple banking locations within distance
• Highly motivated with a focus on achieving goals
• Eager to build strong client relationships and learn continuously
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
